These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "you") and DK11 ("the Platform", "we", "us") governing your use of the DK11 website at dk11login.pro and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services offered through it. All deposits on DK11 are processed in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). The platform supports the following deposit methods for Pakistan players:

Raast and bank transfer deposits may take longer depending on banking hours and interbank processing times. PKR Only: DK11 does not accept deposits in foreign currencies. All funds on the platform are held and transacted in PKR. No currency conversion is applied by DK11 on any transaction.
DK11 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in the name of the account holder. Third-party deposits — payments made from a method registered to another person — are not permitted and may be returned or result in account suspension pending investigation.
Withdrawal requests are processed in PKR to the payment method associated with your DK11 account. Where possible, withdrawals are returned to the same method used for the corresponding deposit. Minimum and maximum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed within the withdrawal section of your account.
Standard withdrawal requests are reviewed and processed within the timeframe stated in the withdrawal section of your account at the time of the request. VIP members at Platinum tier and above benefit from prioritised withdrawal processing as part of their tier benefits. Processing times may be extended if additional identity verification is required before a withdrawal can be approved.
VIP Weekly Cashback: VIP cashback credited to your DK11 wallet every Monday carries no wagering requirement and is available to withdraw immediately alongside any eligible real-money balance.
DK11 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to registered players. Each bonus or promotion is governed by its own specific terms, which will be clearly stated at the point the offer is presented. In addition to those specific terms, the following general conditions apply to all DK11 bonuses:
No Bonus Stacking: Unless the specific terms of an individual offer state otherwise, only one bonus may be active at a time. Attempting to activate multiple bonuses simultaneously may result in one or more being voided.
The DK11 VIP programme operates across six tiers: Bronze, Silver, Gold, Platinum, Diamond, and Elite. All registered accounts start at Bronze automatically. Tier progression is based on accumulated VIP points earned through real-money betting activity across all eligible game categories on the platform.
VIP points are awarded on real-money bets at rates that may vary by game category, as specified in the VIP programme details page. Points are calculated on settled bets. Voided bets do not contribute to VIP points. Tier upgrades are applied automatically when the required point threshold is reached. Tier downgrades may occur during periodic reassessments if activity levels fall below the maintenance threshold for the current tier.
Weekly cashback is calculated on net losses over the calendar week (Monday to Sunday) at the cashback rate applicable to the player's current tier at the time of calculation. Cashback is credited to the player's PKR wallet every Monday and carries no wagering requirement. The cashback rate ranges from 1% at Bronze tier to 15% at Elite tier.
The following rules apply to all sports betting activity on DK11. Sport-specific rules for cricket, PSL, T20 internationals, Football, Esports, and other covered markets are published separately within the relevant betting section.
For PSL matches, T20 internationals, and other cricket fixtures, settlement is based on the official result as declared by the relevant governing body (PCB, ICC, or equivalent). In the event of a match being abandoned, tied, or subject to an official result revision, bets will be settled according to the specific cricket market rules published in the betting section. Weather-affected matches in T20 formats are settled on the DLS method result where one has been officially applied.
Integrity Policy: DK11 takes match integrity seriously. Any account found to be involved in match-fixing, spot-fixing, or placing bets based on insider knowledge of a predetermined outcome will be permanently suspended and all associated funds voided.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the DK11 platform for personal recreational purposes in accordance with these Terms. This licence does not permit you to copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the DK11 platform without prior written consent from DK11.
Game content provided by third-party game providers on the DK11 platform remains the intellectual property of those providers. DK11 operates as a distributor of such content under licence agreements with the relevant providers.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, DK11 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or interruption of service.
